Dunwell Data Protection was founded by Samantha Dunwell who has over 15 years’ specialist experience working in the field of data protection and information governance in both the public and private sector. Samantha successfully passed the ISEB Certificate in Data Protection qualification in 2010.
Prior to founding Dunwell Data Protection, Samantha previously worked as an Information Governance Manager and Data Protection Officer in the public sector for a Government Agency where she gained her expert knowledge and experience in information rights legislation, information governance and records management.
Samantha now specialises in supporting and helping the SME and Charity sectors with their data protection compliance. Samantha recognises that SMEs and Chartities don’t always have in-house data protection resource to rely on, unlike larger organisations. She therefore felt it was particularly important to provide affordable help and support to these sectors.
